Chicken Alla Crema


  • 2 serves of chicken fillet

  • 150g sliced mushrooms

  • 2tbsp of cream

  • 50g lettuce

  • 50g capsicum

  • 30g pitted black olives

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Slice and cut chicken into strips.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until slightly browned on both sides.

  3. Add mushrooms until softened, then add cream and mix through for 2 minutes.

  4. Cut up lettuce and capsicum

  5. Add olives, oil and balsamic vineager

  6. Salt and pepper if desired and serve with chicken.
